Dinner tonite.

We don’t have a lot of cookbooks, but over the years, one chef has stayed consistently in our kitchen, and that is Jamie Oliver.
You may know him as the Naked Chef, but I don’t think he goes by that anymore.

Kale Chips w/dinner tonite! TRUST ME.

1 bunch kale, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sea salt
Cut the kale while the oven heats to 400 and put it in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the olive oil and cider in a small bowl, and then drizzle it over the kale.
