My head opened up to the world of pesto.
Fast forward a few years later.

Dinner tonite.

We don’t have a lot of cookbooks, but over the years, one chef has stayed consistently in our kitchen, and that is Jamie Oliver.

In Honor of St. Patrick

I know Jim Beam ain’t Irish, and neither am I.
So, in honor of what this day has become (a day of boozin) I decided to make my Fig & Vanilla infused Bourbon.

Maybe it is more in honor of Portland, where I discovered this drink in a giant glass pitcher on the counter behind the bar–it [...]

$1.95 burger & fries at McCormick and Schmick! Cheers!

Best happy hour in the Twin Cities. Swear to gawd.
New flip phone thanks to Fasterwebmaster, my bro.
Here is a funny little video of Jill chasing my beer with her Arnie Palmer during our toast, followed by a nice product placement at the end.
